Seth Woodbury MacFarlane (/ m ə k ˈ f ɑːr l ɪ n /; born October 26, 1973) is an American actor, animator, writer, producer, director, comedian, and singer. He is best known as the creator and star of the television series Family Guy (since 1999) and The Orville (2017–2022), and co-creator of the television series American Dad!
Since 1999, MacFarlane has served as creator, writer, executive producer, and lead voice actor in the adult animated sitcom Family Guy on FOX. He voices the characters of Peter Griffin, Stewie Griffin, Brian Griffin among other characters.
