No. He’s not the cowboy type, therefore he only looks like a woo-girl at a rodeo bar when he wears cowboy boots. And the color doesn’t help

The red boots in this shot look like a different version because the toes are REALLY long and pointy. Ted's boots has a bit of a point but not as long as the one in Lily's shot. It could just be perspective though and I am wrong.
