•Zachary Levi was originally cast as Fandral in Thor, but had to drop out, due to the fourth season of the series Chuck being extended. Conversely, Levi replaced Dallas in Thor: The Dark World, due to Dallas being busy by then with his own series Once Upon a Time.

•Zachary Levi previously worked with Clancy Brown in Tangled: The Series and Tangled: Before Ever After.
