Fathers' Day is a 1997 American comedy film directed by Ivan Reitman and starring Robin Williams, Billy Crystal, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Nastassja Kinski. It is a remake of the 1983 French film Les Compères.

It stars two of the brighter talents in American movies, Robin Williams and Billy Crystal, in a screenplay cleverly designed to obscure their strengths while showcasing their weaknesses.
That didn't matter until 1997, when 16-year old Scott (an unpromising Charlie Hofheimer) decides to run away from home. Desperate to get him back, Collette calls up Dale and Jack, surprises them with the news about their paternity, and implores them to look for Scott.
