Glenn John McQueen (December 24, 1960 – October 29, 2002) was a Canadian supervisor of digital animation and supervising character animator at Pixar and Pacific Data Images. Personal life [ edit ] McQueen graduated from Sheridan College in 1985.

Finding Nemo was dedicated to McQueen, and there is a short tribute to him on the DVD. To see it, from the main menu of disk one, select 'Bonus Features' and then 'Visual Commentary'. Select 'Visual Commentary Index', go to the last page of the index and select 'Glenn McQueen Tribute'. He is survived by his wife, Terry and his daughter.
The DVD release of Finding Nemo contains a hidden video, "Glenn McQueen Tribute", which can be accessed through the last page of the Visual Commentary section's index on the DVD. McQueen has admirers all over the world for his work, and has been hailed as one of the best animators in the field.

His colleagues at Pixar were devastated by his loss and decided to honor him in various ways. The most notable tribute was naming the main character of Cars Lightning McQueen after him.
