  7. Mudkip Spawn Conditions. Hi, I'm trying to find a Mudkip for my Water team and I'm having a lot of trouble. The wiki says that it can be fished up at night in a swamp with a good/super rod, but I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing, like whether it needs to be raining or not.
