In addition to 11 floors dedicated to undergraduate students, Courtyard Residence is also home to our residence front desk and The Simon. 369 private single residence rooms, loads of amenity spaces and steps to West Mall and the rest of campus.
All of our Towers and Courtyard residences have required meal plans and private single rooms. These traditional residences offer community spaces to gather and connect. Our more newly completed East/West Towers offer an exciting, lively and active amenity spaces for everyone.
Quiet living floors are generally for people who prefer to not be as social and want to focus on their studies more. I’d say, try the towers for a sem, if it doesn’t work out, apply for Shell/McTaggart/Townhouses. All SFU dorms are single occupancy, so you get your own 100sf area.
