Nicolas Ortega, better known online as TwistedGrim, or Nico (formerly TwistedGrimTV and NicoJaco), is a Chilean YouTuber, animator, and artist who creates animation parodies and loops. He has an anime art style with dark comedy around sexual themes. He's mostly popular for his mascot, a devil monster girl named Emi.
TwistedGrim originally started out his internet career when he created his Newgrounds account in 2006 as a part of the group, The Lock Legion. However, he didn't start making animations until 2008 which were comedic shorts around the group. He then created his YouTube account in 2012 where he made parodies of video games or other media such as Nintendo, Overwatch, Five Nights at Freddy's. etc.
He started to collaborate with multiple animators and groups such as The Jam Cave and Mashed. Most of his content now consists of animation loops, sometimes of sexualized female characters. He will sometimes make timelapses of him drawing his art.
•HBruna used TwistedGrim's Hello Kitty design in creepypasta fan art.
•He has met other animators which include Sr Pelo, CatFat, and DuDuL.
•Emi's monstrous side was based off the manga series, Parasite.
•Emi's first apperance was in the short, BADLOGIC.
