Shemokmedi (Georgian: შემოქმედი) is a village in the Ozurgeti Municipality, Guria, Georgia. It is located in western Georgia, on the Bzhuzhi river, at elevation of 190 m above sea level, 7 km east of the city of Ozurgeti. The village is home to the late medieval Shemokmedi Monastery.

This 12th-to-16th-century monastery is located on the hill of a village of Shemokmedi, about 7 km southeast of Ozurgeti. You can also see the cemetery around it that gives the feel of local culture. The monastery complex consists of two church buildings and a bell tower from the 16th century.
