Robert George Windsor-Clive, 1st Earl of Plymouth, GBE, CB, PC (27 August 1857 – 6 March 1923), known as the 14th Baron Windsor between 1869 and 1905, was a British nobleman and Conservative politician.

Other Archer Windsor, 6th Earl of Plymouth (2 July 1789 – 20 July 1833) was an English nobleman, the eldest and only surviving son of the 5th Earl of Plymouth by his wife and cousin, Hon. Sarah Archer, daughter and eventual co-heiress of the 2nd Baron Archer.

In 1855 the abeyance of the barony of Windsor was terminated in favour of Harriet Clive (1797-1869), one of the sisters of the 6th earl, who had married in 1819 with Robert Henry Clive, MP, 2nd son of the 1st earl of Powys. She assumed the additional surname Windsor in 1855.
