Hace 3 días · The ancient parish of Belgrave lay in East Goscote hundred and contained the chapelries of Birstall and South Thurmaston as well as the township of Belgrave itself. Birstall and South Thurmaston became separate civil parishes, apparently in the 19th century, and are not dealt with here.
