  1. St Philip's College Board consists of between six and nine directors. Two of the directors are appointed by the Uniting Church. The Principal, who is in effect the CEO of the company, is not a director, but actively participates in all Board meetings. The Board is not a stakeholder representative body, rather it is a “skills-based” Board.
