Art's pure pop vocals blended with Simon's and Taylor's makes for a hit single for sure! Very well done guys! "Shine It On Me" was a song for Art to sing, it makes his pure voice shine out at it's best like "Bridge Over Troubled Water".

Ce morceau a été également bien interprété avec succès par Sam Cook en 1960 (#12 US et # 27 UK), Herman’s Hermit en 1965 (#5 US et #7 UK) et Johnny Nash en 1976 (#25 UK 1976).
