They documented for the Crown Information label in the first ’60s, appearing using one multi-artist compilation, Hootenanny Tonight!, and an LP of their very own, Even more Hootenanny.

Alongside the music group, Sutherland documented six albums like the score from the Disney film, “Tuck Everlasting.” “Poor Man’s Desire,” Sutherland’s debut single album, premiered in 1984 and mixed traditional fiddle music with original materials.
