Élisabeth Howard († 3 avril 1538) est la fille de Thomas Howard, 2 e duc de Norfolk, et de sa première épouse, Elizabeth Tilney. Elle est l'épouse de Thomas Boleyn , 1 er comte de Wiltshire . Elizabeth Boleyn, born Elizabeth Howard around 1480, was an English noblewoman and the mother of Anne Boleyn, who became Queen of England, and thus the maternal grandmother of Elizabeth I of England. She married Thomas Boleyn, and through this union, she was styled Viscountess Rochford, Countess of Ormond, and Countess of Wiltshire.

The duchess in question was Elizabeth Howard (d. 30 November 1558), eldest daughter of Edward Stafford, 3rd Duke of Buckingham, and Eleanor Percy.
