We call this your Going to Godalming Day and it takes place just after your GCSE exams have finished. As well as experiencing your course choices you will also have some free time to take a look at our unique +Enrichment programme and experience what College life is like. Parents will also be invited to a Going to Godalming Parents Evening.
With the local elections coming up on the 4th May 2023, the Godalming College Student Union organised a debate of local candidates running in the local elections. Godalming College students got to meet and ask questions to Jane Austin (Conservatives), Paul Fellows (Liberal Democrats), Charlotte Taylor (Labour) and Clare Weightman (Greens).

Your Advanced Study Programme (Level 3) will typically consist of 3 core subjects: either A Levels, BTECs or a mixture of both. A Levels are predominantly assessed by exams at the end of the 2 years of the course. However, BTECs are more modular and predominantly coursework based. In the first half of the course, we will develop your skills and capabilities to use graphical techniques through a series of teacher-led short projects and culminating in your own extended design project. You will study the work of leading graphic designers and will be encouraged to use a range of media for 2D, 3D, hand and digital work.
We are seeing a very rapid rise of teams and franchises following a similar model to traditional sports, with top players now earnings topping a million dollars. Godalming College competes in the British eSports Championships which runs national divisions for Overwatch, Rocket League and League of legends. There are also tournaments for Fifa.
