10 de ago. de 2019 · Adam Ant: The Blueblack Hussar. 2013. As an avid Ant fan for the last 35 years, I will ALWAYS watch Adam in ANYTHING (even Drop Dead Rock). The first half of this so-called documentary was painful to watch, I almost had to turn it off. All I kept thinking was that this filmmaker did not have Adam's best interests in mind.

16 de dic. de 2020 · Or something. It's hard to tell and ultimately it matters little, because much of the appeal of The BlueBlack Hussar is its mess, how the Adam works feverishly to incorporate any idea he's ever had into one album.

7 de jul. de 2014 · That said I'm sad to have watched and see the current Blueblack Hussar is so different from the music of my roots. I appreciate that he shares his story so honestly and feel bad that he has suffered with his illness for so many years. I do really hope there is a day we will see the Adam and the Ants we remember and love so much.
