Helena Dragaš (Serbian: Јелена Драгаш, romanized: Jelena Dragaš; Greek: Ἑλένη Δραγάση, romanized: Helénē Dragásē; c. 1372 – 23 March 1450) was the empress consort of Byzantine emperor Manuel II Palaiologos and mother of the last two emperors, John VIII Palaiologos and Constantine XI Palaiologos.

Helena Dragaš (bahasa Serbia: Јелена Драгаш, Jelena Dragaš, bahasa Yunani: Ἑλένη Δραγάση, Elenē Dragasē; sekitar 1372 – 23 Maret 1450) adalah permaisuri Romawi Timur, istri Kaisar Manuel II Palaiologos, dan ibu dari dua kaisar Romawi Timur yang terakhir, yaitu Ioannes VIII Palaiologos dan Konstantinos XI Palaiologos.
Se casó con Juan VIII Paleólogo en el año 1414, primogénito del emperador bizantino Manuel II Paleólogo y de su mujer Helena Dragaš.
