Jennie Tuttle Hobart (April 30, 1849 – January 8, 1941) was the wife of Garret Hobart, the 24th Vice President of the United States, serving under President William McKinley. Sie wurde als Tochter des Anwalts Socrates Tuttle geboren und wuchs in ihrem Geburtsort auf. 1869 heiratete sie den aufstrebenden Anwalt und Politiker Garret A. Hobart.

Jennie Tuttle Hobart, in her memoirs, traced her suspicions that her husband might be a vice presidential contender to a lunch she had with him at the Waldorf Hotel in New York City, in March 1895. During the meal, industrialist and future U.S. Senator Mark Hanna interrupted them to ask what Garret Hobart thought of the possible presidential candidacy of Ohio governor William McKinley .
