Elisabeth of the Palatinate (German: Elisabeth von der Pfalz; 30 June 1540 in Birkenfeld – 8 February 1594 in Wiener Neustadt) was the second wife of John Frederick II, Duke of Saxony. (en) Élisabeth du Palatinat (30 juin 1540 - 8 février 1594) est landgravine consort de Thuringe de 1558 à 1566.

Elisabeth's parents were Elector Palatine Frederick III and his wife Marie of Brandenburg-Kulmbach. She was the third child of the couple and the second who reached adulthood. On 12 June 1558 in Weimar, Elisabeth married Duke John Frederick II of Saxony, the eldest son of the Elector John Frederick "the Magnanimous" of Saxony.
