James Edward Dougherty (født 12. april 1921 i Los Angeles, død 15. august 2005 i San Rafael i California) var en amerikansk politimann i Los Angeles Police Department og veteran fra andre verdenskrig, som er mest kjent som Marilyn Monroes første ektemann.
