Wanda De Jesus, born August 26, 1958 in Manhattan, New York, is an American actress who plays the role of Carla on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Making her debut on the episode "Sovereign" in the series' fifth season, Wanda plays the role of the half-sister of Nero Padilla.
