Availability: Used only on rental CIC Video tapes from late 1991-early 1997 available in the UK and Australia, such as Child's Play 3 and Drop Zone. 2nd Bumper (1996-1999) Visuals: On a dark blue background with aqua crescent-like C's, there is a teal CIC logo flying through them.

The screen then zooms out from the VHS tapes which reveals the print CIC Video logo on not only the top of them, but also on the left and right corners on the front of the spine. On the front tape, there's a front label with the print CIC Video logo in blue. When all three cassettes are revealed, the camera stops zooming out from the cassettes.
