15 de ago. de 2006 · John Biffen married his wife Sarah, who had been his secretary, in 1979. They lived in a Georgian rectory on the Welsh borders at Llanyblodwell. There, they entertained their many friends with a generosity that belied his self-proclaimed “keen sense of meanness”. His wife survives him, with a stepdaughter and stepson.
