The estate, run today by 12th generation Claude Giraud, finds itself on some incredibly high quality Grand Cru vineyards in Aÿ.

Henri Giraud, Ratafia Champenois Solera S 90-16 - Review Tasting Notes Colour: Light Gold Aroma: Really rich, dense and candied notes of yellow raisins - very concentrated, supported by organic honey, maltose candy, it's got a sort of freshness and light yeasty rawness.
Hace 1 día · The Dame-Jane is a very pretty wine done in a slightly more oxidative, burnished style than is common at Giraud. The blend is 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, with 6% still A Pinot, vinified in oak and terra cotta. There is lovely precision, tension and class here. Dosage is 7.5 grams per liter.

23 de may. de 2024 · NV Henri Giraud Esprit Brut Nature Champagne Magnum - This house has been around since the 1700's and is still family owned, there is no disgorgment date anywhere on the bottle so no way to tell just how old this wine is. Rich aromas of toasted almond, fresh biscuit, apple and quince like fruit and pretty floral and light ginger spice.
