Pierre Emmanuel Tirard ( 27. syyskuuta 1827 Geneve, Sveitsi – 4. marraskuuta 1893 Pariisi) [1] oli ranskalainen poliitikko, joka toimi Ranskan pääministerinä 1887–1888 ja 1889–1890. Tirard vietti nuoruutensa Sveitsissä, mutta muutti 1846 Pariisiin, jossa hän toimi alkuun insinöörinä ja perusti 1851 kultasepänliikkeen.
