Matthias Gallas (oik. Matthias di Gallasso, Campon kreivi ja Luceran herttua; 16. syyskuuta 1584 Trento – 25. huhtikuuta 1647 Wien) oli itävaltalainen sotilas ja toimi keisarillisen armeijan komentajana kolmikymmenvuotisessa sodassa. Hänen johtamansa sotaretket vuosina 1637, 1638 ja 1644 tuhosivat keisarin toiveet sodan voittamisesta.
