Mary av Teck (født 26. mai 1867 på Kensington Palace i London, død 24. mars 1953) var dronning av Storbritannia og keiserinne av India gjennom sitt ekteskap med Georg V av Storbritannia. Hun var datter av hertug Franz av Teck, en sønn av hertug Alexander av Württemberg i hans morganatiske ekteskap med Claudine Rhédey von Kis-Rhéde .
Francis had an affair with society beauty Ellen Constance, wife of Francis Needham, 3rd Earl of Kilmorey, to whom he allegedly bequeathed the Cambridge emeralds, part of the Teck family jewels. To recover these family heirlooms, Francis's sister, Queen Mary, negotiated with Lady Kilmorey to buy back the emeralds, reportedly paying her £10,000 for them. [4]
In 1893, Francis' daughter, Princess Victoria Mary of Teck, married Prince George, Duke of York, who later reigned as King George V. When the first duke of Teck died in 1900, the title passed to his eldest son, Prince Adolphus of Teck.
