Oldenburg ( plattyska: Ollnborg, saterfrisiska: Ooldenbuurich, vendiska: Starigard) är en distriktsfri stad i delstaten Niedersachsen i nordvästra Tyskland, belägen väster om Bremen. Stadens officiella namn är Oldenburg (Oldenburg). Oldenburg har cirka 173 000 invånare och är därmed Niedersachsens fjärde största stad.
