Sam Spiegel (11. marraskuuta 1901 – 31. joulukuuta 1985) oli amerikan unkarilainen Oscar-palkittu elokuvatuottaja.Etniseltä taustaltaan hän oli juutalainen. Spiegel palkittiin parhaan elokuvan Oscar-palkinnolla Elia Kazanin ohjaamasta elokuvasta Alaston satama (1954) ja uudestaan David Leanin ohjaamista elokuvista Kwai-joen silta (1957) ja Arabian Lawrence (1962).
