David Prowse. David Prowse, MBE (* 1. Juli 1935 in Bristol, England; † 28. November 2020 in London) [1] war ein britischer Schauspieler und Fitnesstrainer . RIP David Prowse, but the man spread blatant lies and fabrications about Star Wars constantly. Prowse was never told he would play maskless Anakin and they certainly didn't film a version of the death scene with him. He also claimed that he didn't know his voice wouldn't be used until he saw the movie at the premiere. This is also untrue.
