Officers PK Highsmith ( Samuel L. Jackson) and Chris Danson ( Dwayne Johnson) are the most bad ass cops that New York City has ever seen. The movie opens with them engaged in a high speed chase creating a wanton destruction path of every block that they cross. They do manage to capture the criminals at high speeds.
