Theobald von Bethmann Hollweg (født 29. november 1856 i Hohenfinow i provinsen Brandenburg i Preussen, død 1. januar 1921) var en tysk politiker. Han var Tysklands kansler fra 1909 til 1917, og dermed store deler av første verdenskrig. Etter press mot keiser Vilhelm II, av Ludendorff og Hindendburg, gikk Bethmann Hollweg av sommeren 1917.
