I had this song on an old phone somewhere between 2016 and 2019. It sampled the scene from Blazing Saddles starting at the rendition of I Get a Kick Out of You and ending with "I meant a real song, something like..." before going into the music. I believe the song was relatively new at the time, at least post 2010.
