Incredibly, this film ended up with the dubious distinction of appearing on lists of all time worst movies. Unjustified really. Waterworld is a marvelous scifi adventure flick that is being reappraised and better appreciated as the years go by. At the very least, it's well on it's way to being regarded as something of a cult classic.
