The Oratory also came back strongly in the second half scoring two good tries, but S Lee added a late try to make the final score even more resounding. Following assessment and consultation with parents, pupils identified as requiring additional learning support are offered Core places at Shiplake College. Formal initial assessments and careful information gathering facilitate understanding of pupils' individual needs and the provision of an appropriate learning environment.
21 de jun. de 2023 · There were former Shiplake Headmasters, Olympians, and even the first Shiplake boys to win Henley (as a combined crew) were present. Old Vikings, some of whom were in their 80s and 90s, attended while others travelled from all over the world: France, America and Canada to come and celebrate the Boat Club.
The College prides itself on implementing innovative multi-sensory teaching methods in the classroom wherever possible. This is achieved by incorporating various forms of modern technology, recruiting passionate staff with a natural ability to inspire young people, and challenging our teachers to use various learning methods to suit every pupil.

On Tuesday 27 February, the Gilson vs College match took place in the most anticipated netball match of the year. The girls knew it would be a physical and different game to any that they had previously played.
Shiplake College is an independent co-educational boarding and day school for nearly 520 pupils aged 11–18, based in the Oxfordshire countryside on the banks of the River Thames. There has been a co-educational Sixth Form since 1998 and in September 2023, girls joined in Year 7 (making up 42% of the cohort) as the College goes fully co-educational.
