Reginald de Warenne was the third son of William de Warenne, the second earl of Surrey, and Isabel de Vermandois. Reginald, who was probably born between 1121 and 1126, [1] had two brothers, William and Ralph, and two sisters: Gundrada, who married first Roger, Earl of Warwick and then William of Lancaster ; and Ada , who married Henry, Earl of Huntingdon .
