Prince Francis. v. t. e. Elizabeth of Denmark, Norway, and Sweden (24 June 1485 – 10 June 1555) was a Danish princess who became Electress of Brandenburg as the spouse of Joachim I Nestor, Elector of Brandenburg. She was the daughter of King Hans of Denmark, Norway and Sweden and his spouse, Christina of Saxony .
In 1680, Anna Sophie became Electress of Saxony. Her widowed sister Wilhelmina Ernestine, Dowager Electress Palatine , came to live with her in Saxony in 1685. Anna Sophie had her eldest son engaged to her niece, Princess Sophia Hedwig of Denmark against the will of the Saxon court; however, when her son succeeded his father as elector in 1691, he broke the engagement.
Biography. Anna von Sachsen, was the second daughter of Friedrich II, Kurfurst von Sachsen (Elector of Saxony) and his wife, Margaret von Österreich, and was born at Meissen 7 March 1437. She married at Ansbach, 24 October or 12 November 1458, as his second wife, Albercht Achilles, Elector of Brandenburg. They had 13 children;
