Francis Holland School, Regent’s Park, was founded in 1878 by the Reverend Canon Francis Holland and is regarded today as one of London’s leading academically selective independent day schools for girls aged 11-18. The school is situated next to Regent’s Park and has a reputation for its friendly, cohesive and collegiate atmosphere.

  5. History Francis Holland School, Regent's Park, was founded in 1878 by the Reverend Canon Francis Holland, and was opened in Baker Street where it remained until 1915. The School was then transferred to its new purpose built site near Clarence Gate.

  6. ABOUT THE SCHOOL Francis Holland Regent’s Park School is an independent girls’ school based at Clarence Gate, overlooking Regent’s Park in London. Since its foundation in 1878, the School has grown dramatically and especially so in recent years with an enrolment now close to 550 pupils aged 11 to 18, and almost 150 in the Sixth Form.

The first, Francis Holland School, Regent’s Park, was established in 1878 and takes girls from 11-18 (currently 550) and its sister school, Francis Holland School, Sloane Square, was established in 1881 and educates girls from 4-18 (currently 650).
