In 1995, another greatest hits compilation, The Best of Alexander O'Neal, was released. A year later the compilation was re-released with three added tracks from O'Neal's short period with Motown. In 1996, his first album with One World Records, Lovers Again, was released.

20 de jun. de 2010 · Alexander O'Neal launched a successful solo career with his self titled 1986 début album. Just 6 years later his first “Greatest Hits” album was released. Whilst 6 years is a short period he did pack a lot of major releases into this time. He released four studio albums (including a Christmas album) and appeared on 18 UK top 75 singles.
