Prunella Scales Margaret Rumney West (født Prunella Margaret Rumney Illingworth 22. juni 1932) er en britisk skuespiller mest kjent for sin rolle som Sybil Fawlty, hustruen til Basil Fawlty, i komiserien Hotell i særklasse og rollen som Elisabeth II i filmen A Question of Attribution.
