Our review: Parents say Not yet rated Rate movie. Kids say ( 1 ): This third Naked Gun movie is the first without David Zucker directing and some of the magic is clearly lost. Nielsen is as charming as ever as the hapless Frank Drebin, but Naked Gun 33 ⅓: The Final Insult itself feels broad and off brand.
Frank Drebin (Leslie Nielsen) is persuaded out of retirement to go undercover in a state prison. There he is to find out what top terrorist, Rocco (Fred Ward), has planned for when he escapes.
