Lee Dorrian (lahir tahun 1968) adalah seorang vokalis dari Coventry, Inggris. Awalnya dia seorang redaktur/penerbit dari majalah punk "Committed Suicide" kemudian ia beralih profesi sebagai penyanyi dan penulis lagu bersama dengan Napalm Death dan telah merekam satu dan setengah album bersama mereka, setengah dari album Scum dan seluruh From Enslavement To Obliteration .

Currently a member of stoner metal supergroup With the Dead, he founded his own record label, Rise Above Records, in 1988.
