Albrecht Wenzel Eusebius von Wallenstein ( Hermanitz an der Elbe, 1583. szeptember 24. – Eger, 1634. február 25.) cseh katona, majd német-római császári hadvezér a harmincéves háború idején. Friedland hercege. Mecklenburg hercege (1628–1630).
Albrecht von Wallenstein gilt als eine der faszinierendsten Figuren des Dreißigjährigen Krieges. Sep 24, 1583 - Feb 25, 1634. Albrecht Wenzel Eusebius von Wallenstein, also von Waldstein, was a Bohemian military leader and statesman who fought on the Catholic side during the Thirty Years' War. His successful martial career made him one of the richest and most influential men in the Holy Roman Empire by the time of his death.
Planning to crush the Catholic forces between them, they instead ran into Albrecht von Wallenstein, with an army the size of all of theirs combined—an imperial army, but raised at his own expense. Ferdinand had thought 25,000 men sufficient, but 50,000, Wallenstein pointed out, could not only take whatever they needed from enemies, they could demand it from allies.
