Girolamo Aleandro of Hieronymus Aleander (Motta di Livenza, 13 februari 1480 - Rome, 1 februari 1542) was een Italiaans humanist en kardinaal. Girolamo Aleandro was given the rank of Cardinal Priest, with his titular church in Rome as San Ciriaco alle Terme Diocleziane, which was changed a week later to the Church of San Crisogono. Aleandro resigned as Archbishop of Brindisi on 30 January 1541.
