Margaret Pole, grevinde af Salisbury (14. august 1473 – 27. maj 1541), var en engelsk adelskvinde. Hun var datter af Georg, hertug af Clarence, og Isabel Neville, niece til kongerne Edvard 4. og Richard 3.
