5 de mar. de 2021 · Mosley sued Conte for $12 million in 2008, accusing him of lying when he repeatedly said Mosley knowingly took illegal performance-enhancing drugs. The case was dismissed in 2010. According to a document filed in New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan, the case was "voluntarily dismissed with prejudice and without costs, disbursements or attorney's fees to any party against another."
