The Master (Fallout 1) is by far one of the most unsettling and interesting antagonists to appear in the Fallout series In his dialogue, his goals, and his personality, he remains contradictory. In his audio logs, his personas can't decide between a vision of a world populated by Super Mutants or a world with everyone integrated into himself.
