  4. Saying the stock market is "rigged" is just a sensationalist label that came from 60 minutes. When a title reads "The stock market is rigged" I'm thinking that someone, somewhere is arbitrarily causing the prices of stocks to go up and down. This is more like "rigged" in the sense some very clever individuals discovered an exploit.
