My first encounter with Mark Isham's talent was hearing _Vapor Drawings_ in 1985 in a London CD shop: a chance purchase when CD title selections were very limited. It was a refreshing sound for its time. I didn't hear other work from Isham until 1988 when I ran across _Castalia_. The maturing of the sound was phenomenal!
